An official trailer has been released for FUBAR, a new spy action comedy TV series starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Monica Barbaro.
Loosely inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 1994 movie True Lies, FUBAR will be Schwarzenegger’s first TV show throughout his whole acting career.
According to the official synopsis — When a father and daughter learn that they’ve each secretly been working as CIA Operatives for years, they realize their entire relationship has been a lie and they truly don’t know one another at all. Forced to team up as partners, FUBAR tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, fantastic action and humor.
The series is created by Nick Santora and will also star Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Milan Carter, Gabriel Luna, Fabiana Udenio, Jay Baruchel, Barbara Eve Harris and Aparna Brielle.
FUBAR is scheduled to be released on streaming platform Netflix on May 25th, 2023.
